CONNOR PEACOCK

Fitness and wellness has been a part of my life from day one. I remember my mom working at Central Park Athletic Club and I would spend hours upon hours playing in the kids fitness center, shooting baskets, and watching my mom train clients. I started my first job in a gym at the age of 16 at a local health club in Daytona Beach, FL and have been hooked ever since. I went on to earn a bachelors degree in Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer in 2011 and quickly moved to Chicago to start my career. I founded Peacock Fitness in 2014 and began my journey as an independent contractor. After 7 years as an independent contractor, my wife and I opened Train At The Space in Bucktown, Chicago in January 2021.

I’ve logged over 15,000 training hours in my career all while working with clients who possess a wide range of skill levels. Over the years, I have earned multiple certifications from the top coaches and programs in the country. My passion for continuously learning has given me the ability to identify a clients ability, instill confidence in their technique, and build a program from there.
