I've been training with Connor for about 3 years. Connor does a great job of making sessions fun and challenging. Before working with Connor, I had a stereotype that trainers could be distant and judgmental. Connor is totally the opposite: he feels like a friend and a true partner in improving my health. Connor gives me frameworks to understand the principals of training during our workouts, which helps me put together programs and circuits on my own. All in all I love training with Connor -- incredibly challenging and incredibly fun.

Connor is awesome! I've been training with him for a little over a year. He is tough but encouraging and will help anyone at any fitness level achieve their goals. Connor does a fantastic job of pushing you beyond what you could accomplish on your own. He's extremely knowledgeable and does a great job of always mixing up the routines, so I am never bored.
