1-on-1 Personal Training
Functional strength training is the basis of all our programs. We will focus on the six basic human movement patterns: hinge, squat, push, pull, lunge, carry. Each program comes with a complimentary consultation, functional movement screen, health history and goal setting. We will work on all aspects of health and wellness by working on overall strength, flexibility, core, power, speed, joint integrity etc.

Semi-Private Personal Training
Stay motivated, have fun and be a little competitive with your peers with semi-private training! This includes all the benefits of 1-1 training but with a group of 2-4 people.
If you don't live in the area or are more self driven, online programs are for you! After an in-depth consultation, you will be set up through one of our online training programs and be sent weekly workouts. Progress will be monitored.
